The publication contains 18 etchings that were printed at the Centre for Books and Graphics in Saint Petersburg. In copies number 1–10, the artist hand-tinted the etchings.
The Russian-language text was typeset by hand, using the Yelizaventinskaya typeface and printed on a 19th-century Dingler hand-press.
The book is covered with Kenya kid leather decorated with an embossed depiction of a playing card and plant ornamentation. The author’s surname is embossed in gold on the spine. The book has a storage case decorated with fabric.
